By accessing, browsing, or registering on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy.

"The Platform" refers to the Al Watanya website and any associated digital portals. "The Company" refers to Al Watanya Agricultural Projects Management L.L.C. "User" refers to any visitor or registered account holder accessing the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data, or introduce viruses or harmful code. Account access is role-based and may be revoked for misuse.

Where registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access to partner, supplier, buyer, and client portals is gated by role assignment and may require administrative approval. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to Al Watanya and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for digital resources you have legitimately purchased for your own use.

By submitting content (including survey responses, onboarding information, documents, and messages), you grant Al Watanya a licence to use, store, and process that content for the purposes of delivering our services and operating the Platform. You warrant that the content you submit is accurate and that you have the right and authority to provide it.

Digital resources purchased through the Platform are processed via secure third-party payment providers. Upon successful payment, you receive access to download the purchased resources. As digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds are not generally available except where required by applicable UAE law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided at checkout to ensure delivery of download links.

Access to the farmer and partner portals is conditional on administrative review and approval of submitted applications. Al Watanya reserves the right to approve, reject, or request changes to any onboarding or partnership application, and to modify or revoke portal access where circumstances require.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Al Watanya strives for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Al Watanya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
